Description
One of my recent visits to London with my camera. I noticed the vivid contrasts between architecture of a few hundred years ago and the buildings of today. Much of the time we are interested in function, buildings like this let light in, are reletively cheap and fast to build. They create a feeling of space. Buildings of 200 years ago were much more decorative, with less room much of the time decorated with ornate stonework. On the downside of course these new buildings could be considered as characterless and literal. Stark if you will.

The trunk? are you still hanging around with that elephant??
Sky is stark, but its london.. its always like that..
Both yourself and Andy Panty posted photos and I would like to see more..
If I had a juro award it would be a good bronze !
I think everyone should post links to the Juro awards !!! LOL
Well done..

I'd suggest to crop from left (that part which has a darker area from the mirrored building). By doing that the "thingy" in the middle will not be... in the middle!
The sky being washed would have been nicer replaced by some magic sky/clouds, but as is I'd suggest you to do the composition in bw.
That would be my 0.02 cents!
Nice to see you post photographs Mr Mod!
Is this a temporary mode or are you here to stay?

and no, I'm not talking about soccer
As mentioned the perspective is excellent.
I really like the desaturated look and the
way you've cropped the image...it's a detail,
but important one nevertheless
